*IEEE (Electric / Electronic Engineering) Full-text access to 112 IEEE-sponsored periodicals in engineering, electronics and computer science (1998-present). Also, citations and abstracts to transactions, proceedings and journals since 1988, and standards back to 1948.
*Engineering Specialties (CSA) A collection of eight databases in engineering, including coverage of polymers, composites, environmental and mechanical engineering, metals and alloys, and other topics. Coverage varies, going back to the mid-80s for some topics, the mid-90s for others.
*INSPEC Access to articles and other documents in information technology, engineering, manufacturing and other technical disciplines. Also useful for topics in science.
*Materials Science (CSA) Simultaneous access to 13 different databases covering topics such as advanced plastics, the aluminum and ceramics industries, composites, metallurgy, polymers and more. Coverage varies, going back to the mid-80s for some topics, the mid-90s for others.
*ScienceDirect: Elsevier JournalsCovers journals in physical sciences and engineering, health sciences, life sciences and social sciences and humanities. Includes backfile of 43 psychology journals dating from 1936. Also includes books, handbooks and some reference works.
*Kluwer Online (SpringerLink)Includes journals, books and reference works in the humanities, sciences, technology, mathematics, architecture and more. Also useful for medical and business ethics and behavioral science research.
*Science Citation Index Expanded Article citations, author abstracts, and cited references from 5,900 science and technical journals (1980-present). Useful for research in the health sciences, computer science, mathematics and life sciences.
*Journal Citation Reports (available through ISI Web of Knowledge)Journal citation data including most frequently cited, highest impact and largest journals in a field from JCR Science Edition 2004-2006 and JCR Social Sciences Edition 2004-2006.
*MathSciNet Access to reviews, abstracts and citations to mathematical literature. (1940-present)
*Expanded Academic ASAP (Academic OneFile) Articles in a variety of subject areas, including technology, the arts, theology and more, from scholarly journals and general periodicals.
*Academic Search Premier Includes general interest and scholarly articles in a variety of areas including the physical sciences, social sciences and humanities. (1990-present).
