*Evidence Based Medicine Reviews EBM Reviews allows you to simultaneously search three Evidence Based Medicine databases--Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR), Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE), and ACP Journal Club (ACP)—in order to access systematic evidence based resources that will help you to answer clinical questions.

*Micromedex Patient CareNotes CareNotes contains 5,000 (2,500 English/2,500 Spanish) customizable documents addressing patient condition, treatment, laboratory tests, follow-up care, psychosocial issues, continuing health, and the most frequently administered drugs.
*Facts and Comparisons Provides information on drugs, drug interactions, natural medicines and drug news updates, and also contains handouts for patient education, counseling, and drug therapy management.
*Up To Date UpToDate covers more than 7,700 topics in 14 medical specialties and includes more than 80,000 pages of text, graphics, more than 260,000 references, and a drug database.
*TOXLINE Sources on chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, pollutants, and related substances. Covers the last 5 years plus the current year.
*Lexi-Comp Online Lexi-Comp provides point-of-care drug information from 13 clinical databases and 4 clinical applications. Databases include Lexi-Drugs, Pediatric Lexi-Drugs, and Geriatric Lexi-Drugs as well as Clinician's Guides to Diagnosis, Internal Medicine and Laboratory Medicine. Clinical Applications include drug interactions, tablet & capsule identification, medical calculations and patient advisory leaflets.
